What is Forex Market and how it works ?


Unlike Share/Stock Market Foreign exchange Market also well known as Forex is a Market place where investors execute a trade in Currencies. It is one of the Largest Market in the trading world.

Forex is a decentralized and over the counter market (OTC), and there are no regulators for Forex to protect the interest of investors. The Forex market works around the clock except for weekends Saturday and Sunday.

The term around the clock may be surprising or confuse you as we know the world never sleeps.
If the currency market closed in one country at the same time it is opened in some other country only exchanges changes around the clock, so it allows investors to do trade 24*5 in a week.

The Currencies always trades in Pairs like British Pound against US Dollars and represents symbolically like GBPUSD and in the same way USDJPY.

Now as we understand what is forex market let's go further to know about who are the participants of the forex market.

So the Participants of the Forex market are Central Bank, Brokers, Commercial banks, Exporters, Importers, Tourists, Investors, and Immigrants.
Guys, it is not easy to Manipulate the Forex market as we already discussed this is decentralized and trades executed all over the world at the same time. But as we know if we are in the Ocean so there must be Sharks also known as big players.

As it is the biggest trading market in the world and the earning opportunity is also very huge. The biggest players always on the top of the forex market and they are Central banks of states, Hedge Funds, pension funds, and big business and their mood decides the rate of exchanges mostly.

Well, friends in the context of India Forex trading in currency pairs that are not paired with Indian currency INR are illegal so be aware of it and do it on your risk.
